Our Goal

We aim to eliminate financial obstacles so our patients can receive the necessary dental treatment they need and desire. Before scheduling any treatment, we are happy to provide a cost estimate. Many patients have dental insurance, and we are here to assist you in maximizing your benefits. During your first visit, we will collect your current insurance information and may ask for confirmation during subsequent visits to make sure that you have accurate and up-to-date records. Uninsured costs are requested to be paid on the day of service.

 

Dental Insurance

We can accept your insurance coverage for your dental treatments, but it’s essential to remember that most plans don’t cover the total cost of treatment. This means we ask you to pay your deductible and some of the charges at the time of service. Our estimates are based on the information provided by your insurance and are not guaranteed. Final payment can only be determined once your insurance company reviews your claim. To make things easier, we file claim forms electronically as a courtesy to you.

Payment Options

We ask patients to pay for services as they are provided. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We also offer flexible financing options to help patients manage dental treatment costs. One such option is CareCredit, which provides financing with no finance charges for 18 months. CareCredit offers various payment plans that cater to your needs without upfront costs, annual fees, or pre-payment penalties.
